Sarebbe "storico scolastico della scuola elementare"?. Non mi piace quel "della".

OK, lo he mirado. La nueva ley "Moratti" ha abolido el exámen de "licenza elementare", pero el término sigue siendo el mismo a pesar de que tampoco se llame ya "scuola elementare" ma "scuola primaria". Te confirmo, por tanto, "licenza elementare".
