Io lo vedrei come il documento emesso dal committente nei confronti di un fornitore, e quindi si tratterebbe di un "ordine di lavorazione / ordine di lavorazione cumulativo", ovvero quel documento nel quale il committente indica al fornitore le condizioni di lavorazione al quale quest'ultimo si dovrà attenere (specifiche tecniche, termini di pagamento, termini di consegna/ultimazione lavori ecc.)
