Es handelt sich, laut den Bildern, um Stoffstreifen, die als Abschlüsse an Ärmelöffnungen genäht werden, wie eine Manschette, aber ohne Knopf und Knopfloch.
Ärmelstreifen oder Ärmelbinde scheint mir nicht passend, mir fällt aber nichts anderes ein.
