Nochmal hallo,
In Spanien ist es cuña und wird für Werbespots im Radio gebraucht.
Das Wort spot ist in Spanien, wie auch in Deutschland eingespanischt bzw. eingedeutscht, allerdings heisst die Werbung im Fernsehen "publicidad" o los mas modernos "spot publicitario".
Auf jeden Fall ist es auf deutsch immer der Werbespot oder im TV wenn Du willst auch ganz einfach die Reklame.

Dann wäre es fürs TV eine "publireportaje" die in letzter Zeit in Mode gekommen sind. Das spanische Gesetz schreibt auch vor, dass dieser Begriff im Bildrand eingeblendet wird.
Beim Radio in der Länge wäre es "programa patricionado", da eine Werbung nie so lange geht. Also ein gesponsertes Programm.
