Explanation:
Ich glaube, man soll das Band zweifach durch den Ring schlingen, um auf diese Weise die betroffenen Gliedmaßen des Patienten zu schonen. Durch die mittels Doppelschlinge erhöhte Reibung wird nicht direkt am Handgelenkt gezerrt, sondern man kann die Befestigung sachte auf- und zuziehen.
