Segmentkernige Neutrophile und Lymphozyten sind die größten Untergruppen der Leukozyten und es würde von den Prozentzahlen her passen. Andererseits ist es (zumindest in D) üblicher, die (gesamten) Neutrophilen oder die Granulozyten den Lymphozyten gegenüberzustellen. |
