Mein Text ist zwar auf Katalanisch, aber da es in der Kombination Katalanisch-Deutsch nur 5 registrierte proz-Mitglieder gibt, stelle ist die Frage mal auch hier ein, denn ich bin mir sicher, dass sie auch von Spanischsprechern verstanden wird:

Es handelt sich um einen Text über die Sprachen des Kaukasus, welche beschrieben werden, mit der Anzahl der Sprecher, ihrer Stellung u.s.w.:

Der Begriff kommt unter der Zwischenüberschrift "Situació legal" vor, bei mehreren Sprachen, in meinem Beispiel geht es um das Kasachische:

"Situació legal:
Llengua oficial a: Kazakhstan.
Protecció genèrica a: Federació Russa, Xina, Kirguizistan, Uzbekistan.
Sense reconeixement a: Mongòlia, Turkmenistan."

Wie sagt man hierbei im Deutschen? Die wörtliche Übersetzung "Allgemeiner Schutz" scheint nicht gebräuchlich zu sein - hat jemand eine Ahnung, was der Fachbegriff im Deutschen ist?
