Es geht hier um die Zusammensetzung verschiedener Cocktails, und da taucht immer wieder "derivados lácteos" auf, die ich als Milcherzeugnisse oder Milchprodukte verstehe, es klingt aber meiner Meinung nach etwas bescheiden, wenn zwischen den Inhaltsstoffen Rum, Kokosmilch und Ananassaft auf einmal Milchprodukte steht, darunter kann sich ja niemand etwas vorstellen (Sahne? Milch? Joghurt?)

Bebida a base de Ron de caña, crema de coco, derivados lácteos, y zumo de piña.

würde ich schreiben. Worum es sich genau handelt (Milch, Joghurt, Kefir...) geht dem Terminus nicht hervor. "Milchderivat" klingt, finde ich, etwas zu technisch

Asker: Danke, Ralf. Ja, ich finde die Derivate auch etwas technisch, aber im Text stehen die derivados lácteos ja im Plural...Kokosmilch, Ananassaft und Milchprodukte? ich weiß auch nicht so richtig.
