Rohkaffee Explanation: Nach den 6 Tagen hat der Pergamino (Kaffee mit einer pergamentartigen Hülle) nur noch eine Restfeuchte von maximal 12,5%, wie es die Bestimmungen des Europäischen Marktes vorsehen. Durch einen Schälprozess wird daraufhin die Pergamenthaut der Bohne entfernt.
