Bedeutet dies, dass die Schecks als Barschecks ausgestellt werden müssen?

Hier der ganz Satz:
Los anteriores acuerdos, especialmente la compraventa de las acciones y la terminación de la relación laboral, quedan sometidos a la condición resolutoria de que los cheques a través de los que se abonan las cantidades correspondientes a precio de las acciones, se reembolsa el préstamo y se abona la liquidación, sean abonados efectivamente.
