Es handelt sich m.M.n. um zwei verschiedene Termini. Die Anfangsinvestitionen müssen bei der Projektbewertung ins Verhältnis gesetzt werden zu den zu erwartenden Geldströmen, um deren Rentabilität zu bewerteb; d.h. die Anfangsinvstitionen sind erste, negative Cashflows, erwartete Einnahmen sind positive Cashflows. Für die Projektbewertung sind normalerweise die Cashflows ausreichen, im Treasury flow sind alle Finanzströme inbegriffen.
