No sé como traducir Real Decreto. En algunos sitios lo encuentro como "décret royal" y en otros como "Arrêté royal"

Un décret est une décision ayant force obligatoire émanant du Président de la République ou du Premier ministre.

Un arrêté est une décision émanant des ministres ou des autorités administratives inférieures (préfet, mairie…).

Donc, décret royal ou arrêté royal selon le cas.

Comme le décret, la portée de l’arrêté peut être variable. Il peut être réglementaire, lorsqu’il pose une règle générale (ex : un arrêté municipal interdisant à toute personne circulant dans une rue d’y stationner) ou individuel (ex : nomination d’un fonctionnaire).

Dans la hiérarchie des normes, l’arrêté est inférieur au décret.
