En français, on dit simplement "inclus". Quand on dit de 1 à 1 000, le permier est forcément inclus et on précise que le millième aussi. C'est la même chose quand on parle de jours, on dit par exemple "du lundi au jeudi inclus" alors qu'en espagnol on dira "de lunes a jueves, ambos inclusive".
