Explanation:
"TORTS" creo que es la palabra más técnica (más que "dommages" o "dégâts" los cuales también serían correctos).
El verbo "CAUSÉS" lo agregaría para evitar el adjetivo "patrimonial" en francés y poder agregar el sustantivo "patrimoine", ya que el sustantivo es más usado en francés y además me sirve para poder acompañarlo con el adjetivo "personnel" que ya engloba el concepto de "bienes propios".

D'accord pour "dégâts" au lieu de "torts", mais je préfère "patrimoine personnel" et non "propres". Bonne chance !!
