L'alfajor est très connu en Amérique Latine (Argentine en particulier) c'est un biscuit (type gauffrette) entre lequel il y a un pâte (amande, chocolat, dulce de leche...) et enrobé de chocolat. Ce n'est pas vraiment un macaron mais plutôt comme un gateau individuel d'où ma traduction. J'espere que cela peut aider

- m. Pasta hecha con almendras, nueces, pan tostado, especias y miel: rosquillas de alfajor.
- Dulce hecho con esta pasta: el alfajor es un dulce típico navideño. También se conoce como alajú.

Et mon dico esp/fr me propose: espèce de pain d'épice et pour l'Amérique Latine: macaron.

Explanation:
je ne connais pas la version americaine, mais en Espagne c'est une friandise de Noël à base d'amandes,noix,pignons,chapelure grillée,épices et miel.Mon dico me donne des recettes differentes les unes des autres pour plusieurs pays americains.

neutral  Juan Jacob: Certes, mais pas au Mexique: amandes, noix, pignons et autres sont pratiquement inconnus ici.
