ACCIONES
En los distintos listados de la aplicación, se podrán seleccionar uno o varios de los expedientes mostrados, a través de los controles correspondientes, para realizar una de las acciones en bloque que aparecerán en el menú:
Avanzar fase.
Cerramos la fase actual y pasamos la factura a la siguiente fase.
Cuando un usuario avanza una factura en la fase de Aprobación Comprador, se entiende que la factura es correcta.
Cuando introducimos el documento de factura de SAP y avanzamos fase se finaliza la factura.
Delegar fase.
Cuando se le asigna una factura a un usuario, y este considera que el responsable de validar la factura es un compañero, puede delegar en él, sin que la factura cambie de fase.
Retroceder fase.
Para devolver la factura a la fase anterior.
La factura le aparecerá al responsable del documento en esa fase.
