Je traduis un diplôme universitaire et j'hésite entre "délibérations" et "décisions" pour le terme figurant en en-tête. Peut-être y a-t-il un autre sens ?

Contexte :

Reverso del título universitario oficial de Licenciada en ZZZ expedido el día XXX a favor de YYY que superó en XXX los estudios conducentes al mencionado título, según un plan de estudios homologado por Acuerdo de 18 de octubre de 1999 (B.O.E. 19 II 2000).

Il s'agit d'un plan d'études adopté normalement entre le conseil des universités et l'état suite à des négociations, donc il me semble préférable de parler de "décision", "résolution" ou "accord".

Explanation:
En el título del baccalauréat pone "vu le procés-verbal du (fecha)..." Procès-verbal tiene el significado de "convenio" o "atestado", es decir un documento aprobado por las partes firmantes. Aunque no lo tengo del todo claro...
