rate differences/differentiation by time zones Explanation: When I looked for dictionary dictionary of franja (Reference 2) I several entries for franja horaria and among the responses was time zone. When I went to franja in Wiki (Reference 1), franja horaria was in the list and redirected to huso horario. When I language switched that to English, it went to time zone. If I understand your context correctly, and I think I do, that would make sense.
