this document is talking about a mobile phone bill and shows a list of calls made by different mobile phones, then following on it states: "En el primer contrato de solicitud de líneas con fech 25 Sep 06 no se encuentran relacionadas las referencias personales para validación.. " It also talks about a "carta de solicitud de 20 lineas". I am not sure whether it is talking about the mobile phone contract, request for calls, or what.. please help.
