Single Court Explanation: Hace poco me encontré con una frase parecida. En cada distrito de cada ciudad en España hay un registro civil, pero aquí en Madrid hay uno que se llama "Registro Civil Único". Parece ser la sede del Registro Civil, y en la versión inglesa de su página web se pone Single Registrar's Office. De allí deduzco que "Única sala" podría ser Single Court. O igual Central Court.
