activism

Explanation:
I found "acciones de hecho" in several headlines (web search) and it seems that this is a phrase/idiom. It is even in quotes in a few places In several places it could be translated as **activism**.

I disagree with **acts perpetrated** and **actual actions** because they are too literal.

Example sentence(s):
  • Reportedly, ASAGRI has also threatened another three NGOs working on development and land issues, telling them to leave the region before the end of January 2005, "or we will be compelled to take action" (nos veremos obligados a tomar acciones de hecho).
  • http://www.caracol.com.co/nota.aspx?id=692535 Los indígenas del Cauca suspenden 'acciones de hecho' . . . El jefe del Ministerio Público dialogó con líderes de la protesta, quienes prometieron suspender "las vías de hecho".
