Spanish term or phrase: Allá ustedes
This is a letter for a legal action. It is a man who wrote a letter to his family, it is quite threatening. At the end I found this expression: "Allá ustedes si no aceptan estas condiciones". How can I translate the "Alla ustedes" part_ Thank you!

It´s at your own risk if you don´t...
Explanation:
I think that the expression "Allá ustedes" implies much more than just leaving the decission up to them (as the English expression "it´s up to you" reflects). It also implies that there are consequences if they don´t, and that the person issueing the warning or threat doesn´t consider him or herself responsible for those consequences.

up to thee / up to you...

Explanation:
Normally it would be translated by "is up to you" but bearing in mind that the tone of the letter is sharp and threatening, you could also use "up to thee" giving it a more formal/ cold tone.

Explanation:
This also sounds rather old-fashioned because of the use of "be" but is still common in UK English.
