Spanish term or phrase: "como anejo de uso compartido paracial comun"
Hi
This phrase occurs in the description of a "servidumbre" , which I take to mean some sort of property right, in favour of a Spanish electricity company which begins as follows

"Voluntaria de naturaleza real permanente, perpetua e irrevocable, de PASO SUBTERRANEO DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA. ZONA AFECTADA. 25 bungalows, entre los que se encuentra la finca de este numero, como anejo de uso compartido paracial comun que en su conjunto, constituyen dos viales con la siguiente descripcion:"

Is this just describing the area affected by the right which includes two roads subject to shared use? Im still not sure what "anejo de uso" means or in particular, "paracial"

Any help very gratefully received.
Kind regards
Emma

Explanation:
I'm pretty sure "paracial" is a typo for "parcial"

By the way, "servidumbre" would be "right"

Hi Cristina, many thanks for your help with this and also to Bill and Merie-Helene for their comments. I slightly prefer what I think Bill was suggesting in his translation which is translating "como anejo" as "annexed in the sense of "appurtenant to". I

agree  Marie-Helene Dubois: 'servidumbre' is also often translated as 'easement'. I would use 'communal' for 'común' in this context. Other than that, I think that this is the correct understanding of the Spanish phrase.
