Estoy de acuerdo con Mike... pero, estrictamente hablando, una librería es un "bookstore".

Una librería también puede ofrecer servicios de copiado/impresión, etc. [lo sé porque donde vivo, esto es común], sobre todo si dicha librería se encuentra cerca de un centro universitario o colegio [eso abunda acá], además de vender libros.

Un centro de copiado, etc., como dice Mike, por lo general sólo es eso. Mientras que una librería es mucho más.
