who/which for the term of the contract may not contract (the services of...) Explanation: Who or which depending on whether your XXXXX stands for a person or an entity. Another option using "the latter" for "ésta": (and) the latter may not contract the services of ... as long as the contract is valid. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 mins (2009-11-26 14:07:20 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Actually I think that "the latter" is entirely superflous here!
