Hola Lisa,
Supongo que debería dejarse en español, ya que las palabras en sí no tienen un significado en particular, por lo cual es difícil traducirlas, por eso creo que tal vez también sería una buena idea escribirlas como sugiere JaneTranslates.

Se trata simplemente de una vieja "porra" como las llamamos en México para vitorear al país en un partido de futbol por poner un ejemplo.

La porra completa dice así:

¡Chiquiti bum, a la bim bom ba.
Chiquiti bum, a la bim bom ba.
México, México, ra, ra, ra!

Digo que es vieja porque se usó mucho en la Olimpiada o Juegos Olímpicos de 1968 que se celebraron en México. De ésto me acuerdo bien aunque muy probablente la porra es más antigua.

Recientemente hay una canción que usa como estribillo dicha porra. Puedes ver la letra aquí:
