La harina de arroz es otro nutriente muy útil, ya sea para reemplazar la harina blanca en algunas preparaciones, como para preparar cremitas, que consisten en cocinar la harina en leche de soja, leche o agua durante unos minutos, hasta que espese, a razón de una cucharada sopera cada 150 cc. de líquido. Luego se puede agregar miel, y es un delicioso postre, o desayuno o merienda, sumamente energético.

agree  moken: when i was a kid they began adding all sorts of strange flavours as if the original wasn't delicious: (i remember butter+chocolate), but the basic ingredients were still oats and milk. i wouldn't even be sure it can be said in plural. :O)
