agree  Anne Smith Campbell: Or also FOD (Foreign Object Damage), both appear as a definition in FOD Wikipedia. The fact is that the acronym is the same= FOD.

agree  Jairo Payan: Sin duda. FOD es un término que en aviación se deja tal cual y ya se sabe que significa. En Colombia se ha adapatdo el acrónimo al español.
