VCDR (vertical cup-to-disk ratio)
Explanation:

No problem, David.
As for ISNT, it makes sense that the original Spanish conveys the "regla del ISNT", but I cannot quite understand what follows ( I I S ), but that may just be that we are not properly seeing the original chart.

Notes to answerer
Asker: my apologies for being so hasty in dismissing your answer. (I was under pressure for personal reasons). I found a useful reference that mentions "papillae excavation as (“cup” Anglo-Saxon)" thus, in my opinion, giving me a link between E/P V and your answer VCDR. I will try to un-close the question.

It is usually broadest in the inferior rim, followed by the superior and nasal rims, and thinnest in the temporal disc region. This pattern of rim width is known as the ISNT rule (inferior ≥ superior ≥ nasal ≥ temporal).

Asker: I = inferior and I S = Imferior and Superior This pattern of rim width is known as the ISNT rule (inferior ≥ superior ≥ nasal ≥ temporal). The ISNT rule was originally described after assessment of optic disc photographs of 457 normal eyes3and is often used in clinical practice to help detect early glaucomatous optic neuropathy.
