This is the context and I am not able to find a translation of the above, I find it as written above on google but not as written here: Área pseudonodular en el seno renal del meso riñón izquierdo que condiciona en la fase excretora una distorsión en el relleno de sistema infundíbulocalicial medio y que podría corresponder a un carcinoma urotelial.
