Se determinará durante el paso de un bolo de 20 mi de textura pudding los máximos diámetros de cada anastomosis. En el caso de la AM, se medirán los diámetros anteroposterior y transversal para determinar el área elíptica (Figura 3a). En el caso de la ASM, se medirán los diámetros anteroposterior y transversal para determinar el área de un triángulo más el área de una semi-elipse (Figura 3b).
