¡Hola Cecilia!

La cardiopatía isquémica no me parece que aparecería un término de diagnóstico previo. "isquemia" significa "muerte", es decir, células que mueren a causa de una falta de riego (más o menos).

Para un diagnóstico previo, me parece más lógico que se hable de una insuficiencia, a falta de determinar el origen de la misma.

Aunque no creo que sea el término más común en inglés, desde luego se utiliza y quedaría claro.
