La cadena difunde en la actualidad su señal en todo el territorio nacional y a través de su canal internacional llega hasta 18 países en Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos. Además, ANTENA 3 distribuye sus contenidos informativos en distintos soportes digitales que complementan las emisiones herzianas de la cadena."

I wasn't sure about translating that as "private television network", because the description is for the U.S. market and I am not familiar with that term. The distinction that most people are familiar with is the distinction between "broadcast channels" (free to the public) and cable/satellite channels (not free to the public). I don't want to translate it as "cable network" either, because that wouldn't include satellite. Maybe some of you who know this business better can help me come up with the ideal term. ¡Gracias de antemano!
