can't find sedimentation graph/diagram anywhere, does anyone have the name for this as in: Otro método que confirmaría estos resultados es el gráfico de sedimentación

"The scree test. A graphical method is the scree test first proposed by Cattell (1966).Cattell suggests to find the place where the smooth decrease of eigenvalues appears to level off to the right of the plot. To the right of this point, presumably, one finds only "factorial scree" -- "scree" is the geological term referring to the debris which collects on the lower part of a rocky slope. "
I believe this is what you're looking for. It's used in Main Components and factorial analysis.
"(c) Gráfico de sedimentación. Este gráfico presenta en el eje de las ordenadas las raíces características y el de abscisas el número de componentes en orden decreciente. Lo que se observa en la gráfica se asemeja al perfil de una colina con una pendiente fuerte hasta llegar a una meseta con una ligera inclinación (base de la colina). El criterio es retener todas aquellas componentes previas a la zona de sedimentación (antes de llegar a la meseta)."
