Estoy traduciendo un resumen de un programa de estudios y me he atascado con dos expresiones de esta sección. No estoy clara de si estoy entendiendo el texto.

"Visión desde la dirección y la integración de stakeholders

El directivo debe saber establecer una visión a largo plazo, integrando a todos los grupos de interés en la misma, y permitiendo garantizar la sostenibilidad de la misma, desde diferentes perspectivas. Asimismo, el los tiempos cambiantes que vivimos, **la ejecución de la estrategia, adaptándola permanentemente**, se convierte en el principal reto de los directivos."

¿En español quieren decir "la ejecución de la estrategia, mientras se adapta permanentemente la visión..."?

I think it refers to the adaptation of the strategy. Once a strategy has been implemented, it needs to be constantly adapted to whatever changes take place.

What I really meant to say is that (the strategy) "needs to be constantly adapted to allow for change".

You could also say "implementing a strategy, and constantly adapting it,".
