Estoy traduciendo un resumen de un programa de estudios y me he atascado con dos expresiones de esta sección. No estoy clara de si estoy entendiendo el texto.

¿En español quieren decir "la ejecución de la estrategia, mientras se adapta permanentemente la visión..."?

What I really meant to say is that (the strategy) "needs to be constantly adapted to allow for change".

You could also say "implementing a strategy, and constantly adapting it,".
