Hola.

Estoy en medio de la traducción de una carta de recomendación de una persona X que durante muchos años trabajó como directora de auditoría de una compañía.

Hay un párrafo donde puede leerse: "Trabajó estrechamente con el departamento tributario para mejorar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de la entidad y reducir las eventuales contingencias tributarias de la sociedad".

Me preguntaba si CONTINGENCIA TRIBUTARIA podría traducirse al inglés como TAX EVENTUALITY.
