Director, Head of Department and Manager Explanation: I think this would work, in that it differentiates between the different levels of responsibility: Director (as in Director of a division or area of the business, and someone who sits on the Board of Directors), the head of a given department (the Director responsible for their part of the business would be their immediate superior) and Manager - someone in charge of a smaller part of the business - could be the production line in a factory, for example. |
