Spanish term or phrase: te vas o de engatusado
"A nivel laboral vamos de bombero para apagar el fuego y te vas o de engatusador."

Again, employees are speaking about their experiences working for a consultancy, I don't really understand the last part of the sentance. Any ideas?
Thanks.

putting out fires and running away or cheating on people
Explanation:
Actually, the two alternatives presented by the speaker are:

1. "de bombero para apagar fuego y te vas" (not too well conjugated, I must say).
2. "de engatusador".

Hope that helped.

you either leave, or you end up a coaxer

Explanation:
"engatusar" means to deceive someone to make them do something they originally did not want to do...to coax or wheelde (Collins).

I would say it is badly written in spanish to start with,

Explanation:
This is what it's meant. And that's what actually happens with a lot of consultants.
