In the report "Commission of Assitance to a Free Cuba" from the U.S Department of State released on May 2004, Houck is quoted several times: foot note Nº 4 refers topage 14, chapter 6, volume 16.1 of "Enviromental...."; and foot note Nª 7 refers to page 19 of the "Agreement....."
