Si la Locadora se negara a recibir el Bien Locado la Locataria podrá depositar judicialmente las llaves del mismo.

This is from a lease agreement. I have also heard this coined as "consignar las llaves en tribunales" in other texts. It basically means that you go to court with your lawyer and hand over the keys to a property when the owner of that property refuses to accept that property back from you (for example when you are renting).

I am not sure of the English meaning of this concept.
