Estoy traduciendo un informe de unos abogados venezolanos sobre un caso:

"Luego de que el Ministerio Público contestó el recurso, el mismo fue remitido a la Sala xxx de la Corte de Apelaciones **a cargo de** los Magistrados xxx, xxx y xxx, donde se declaró inadmisible la apelación ya que según esa instancia judicial, los abogados defensores carecen de cualidad para representar los intereses de los imputados y que solo después de que éstos se presenten se les considerará el derecho de apelar.

Hay unas referencias en los kudoz, pero los contextos son diferentes. He encontrado "under the direction of", under the responsibility of" e "in charge of". Me gustaría saber cuál es la manera más correcta de decirlo en el caso de un tribunal / juzgado.
