Asimismo, el desembolso de nuevos recursos en el marco de la ejecución de los proyectos conjuntos, está condicionada al * 70% de ejecución del desembolso previo *. Naturalmente, esta cláusula gatillo tiene dos implicancias que han sido consideradas positivas por los asociados nacionales y actores del SNU. La primera es el estímulo que ha generado para lograr un alto grado de ejecución. La segunda es la contribución a una lógica de cooperación entre los asociados nacionales, a efectos de disminuir retrasos en la ejecución, potenciando así la acción colectiva.

Me complica la vida lo de "ejecutar un desembolso". No sé como traducir "ejecución" en este caso en particular.
