"I can understand that .....,even that they should want to make use of the...."(the whole sentence) Explanation: "dar un giro" aqui significa "dar un uso comercial". Por ejemplo puedo decir que cierto local "cambió de giro" si antes era una peluquería y ahora es una veterinaria.Cambió su uso comercial aunque en sí el local mismo no haya sufrido cambios. |

change the spin/nature/scope of the business Explanation: Por el contexto y pensando que tal vez esté escrito por un Mexicano, me parece que "dar un giro" solamente puede querer decir cambiar el tipo de negocio.
