This is in a Position / Salary Change Request Form, whereby individuals requests to switch from a "Ayudante General" (which I have "General Worker" used as translation) to a "Ayudante General con Planta / Operador de Entrenamiento". Under another column in the same row as the above term, "Obrero de Planta" appears as a label (using "Industrial Worker" as translation). , "Obrero Eventual" is the label given in the current position as "Ayudante General". While the job description isn't given, its in a company engaged in co-product recycling and logistics services for the steel industry. Any thoughts?
