More recognition = Less admonition


Explanation:
It's common in English to be a bit snappier with mottos, and especially in the context of training people it is often useful to miss out the language and replace it with a symbol or "formula" that is easily remembered. This may not fit in the context of your piece, and I take no credit for the "recognition" which comes from a previous suggestion and is a good word, but it's my suggestion for what it's worth!
