Spanish term or phrase: UOPR This abbreviation occurs in a diagram (source : Mexico) which shows an organigram, and is talking about the number of positions (plazas) within the company, classifing the total number of "plazas" as either as "activo" or "UOPR". Obviously it is some sort of RRHH designation, but it could be that the "PR" in "UOPR" specifically relates to a certain part of the company´s operation (undisclosed here).
