Spanish term or phrase: vuelta a la normalidad
From a text describing procedures to be followed in the case of disaster. I'm having trouble with vuelta a la normalidad. I had thought of resumption of services for this part:

4. VUELTA A LA NORMALIDAD TRAS LA APLICACIÓN DE LOS PROTOCOLOS ESTABLECIDOS PARA CASOS DE DESASTRE Y CONTINUIDAD DEL NEGOCIO

but then I came across :

and:

and this reference to vuelta a la normalidad DE LOS EMPLEADOS DE... has confused me. Is there some specific term I'm missing here?

Thanks

BACK/RETURN TO NORMALITY

Obviously you will have to jiggle the sentences around a bit, even using 'back' instead of 'return' For example:

1st sentence:

"in order to reduce the time in getting information/telecommunications systems back to normality /
in order to get information/telecommunications systems back to normality as quickly as possible"

2nd sentence:

"and to implement/develop a plan to get the COMPANY'S employees back to normality /

"and to implement/develop a plan to help the COMPANY'S employees return to normality /

We offer a service whereby we ***develop a plan to get your network systems back to normality** quickly and effectively in the event of a disaster.
