Spanish term or phrase: Ctrol Grtías (Abbreviation)
Hi Everyone,

I am translating some forms from a Human Resources department in Argentina. One of the charts has the above abbreviation that appears to mean "Control Garantías", but I do not know what a good English equivalent would be.
I believe this chart is showing the benefits granted to the employee and think that possibly this abbreviation could be "Benefits" but I am not sure.
Does anyone know for sure?

The chart shows each month and the year and the amount of hours worked by the employee. There really is no context. I hope this will be enough.

Thanks,

Laura

Explanation:
maybe "entitlement" is a loose enough term to take in the range of possible meanings of "garantía", as you say that the workers are to receive some benefit based on the hours worked.
