Spanish term or phrase: bodeguero
This is from a list of employees at a home for street children in Nicaragua, which includes cooks, maintenance workers, a driver, a gardener and a "bodeguero". "Bodeguero" usually refers to someone in charge of a wine cellar, but I think the context makes it clear that this is not the case here.

In other reports from the same institution, mention has been made of a warehouse or storage area where donated items such as furniture, clothing and other supplies are kept. I'm wondering if "bodeguero" would be the person in charge of this area, perhaps a "supplies/property manager".

Any ideas?

grocer?

Explanation:
I believe 'bodeguero' is sometimes ysed to mean 'grocer', although not sure how this would fit into your context here. Just thought it might start a few more ideas going....

Storekeeper

Explanation:
I've been usining this a long time for local procedures manuals (schools, NGOs etc) and also for mines (especially for the "polvorín") and other industrial/ business applications). When I was in HS (US), this referred to the Brother in charge of supplies.
