Es una planilla donde se establece que el trabajador cambia de puesto de trabajo dentro de la misma empresa. Hay dos columnas, una que dice: anterior, y otra que dice: actual.
El trabajor cambia de Ayudante de Construcción (columna que dice anterior) a Electricista Montador "D" (columna que dice actual).

Abajo de todo dice:

Motivos del cambio: Cambio por evolución.

No aclara a qué se refiere "evolución".

El documento es de Cuba.

Maybe "career advancement" if you wanted to be more specific, but I think "advancement" works fine just on its own.
